This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the internal donation management tools (“Tools”) operated by Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery of Sydney (ABN 58 141 548 325).

1. Permitted Use. Access is granted only to authorised volunteers and staff of the Monastery for the purpose of managing donations, donor records, and related administrative functions.

2. Restrictions. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access credentials. You may not attempt to bypass authentication or access data outside your authorised scope.

3. Data. Donor and financial data accessed through these Tools is confidential and must be handled in accordance with the Monastery’s privacy policy and Australian privacy law.

4. Disclaimer. The Tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Monastery makes no representations regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Monastery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tools.

6. Termination. Access may be revoked at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
