Clean up Australia Day 2019

Namo Buddhaya!

The volunteer group of Mahamevnawa Buddhist Meditation Centre, Sydney together with Clean up Australia Day, with support of Baulkham Hills Council did a clean-up campaign, at Cattai National Park, Cattai, on Sunday, 10th March 2019. This was the sixth consecutive year that this event was organised by Mahamevnawa Buddhist Meditation Centre, Sydney since 2014. All the volunteers were quite contented to clean the park and bring it back to its natural status. It was a difficult task, but our efforts were well worth it. This special project was a big success, so everyone who participated in this great meritorious deed can rejoice.

Clean-up Australia Day 2017

Sutton Park, Baulkham Hills, on Sunday, 04th March 2017. This was the fourth consecutive year that this park was chosen by Mahamevnawa Buddhist Meditation Centre, Sydney for the clean-up project since 2014. All the volunteers were quite contented to clean the park and bring it back to its natural status. It was a difficult task, but our efforts were well worth it.
